Along with the replacement item, we enclose a return shipment label, and all you have to do is give the damaged item package (resealed) to the UPS driver when he/she delivers your correct item.

If you purchase an item, and decide that it is not what you wanted after all, then simply call UPS for a pick up and return it back for a refund minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

The truth is, though, that our products are beautiful, high-quality and affordable, and we sincerely doubt that you'll ever want to return it because it is not what you wanted.
